Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution Management or equivalent

• Concentration in logistics a plus
• Additional studies in the disciplines of purchasing and materials management, operations research, corporate finance, and microeconomics principles encouraged
• Internships in related fields strongly encouraged
• Any finance, engineering, or applied mathematics background would be a bonus

Skills required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to read blueprints, with a desire to eventually design on AutoCAD Software
• Ability to design professional quality documents, concentrating on quotations and capital equipment proposals and justifications

Will be expected to perform the following functions:

• Observe, dissect, and reconfigure distribution center product management
• Conceptualize and design system handling requirements
• Gather detailed information specific to each application
• Interface with customers in both warehouse and boardroom environments
• Justify capital equipment expenditures
• Oversee system installation and debugging
